About the role

Systems Engineering role focused on long-term customer success, enabling transformation through Apple standard methodology and modern IT infrastructure. Advises customers on standard processes, communicates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborates with channel partners across Germany and Austria to deliver technical business transformation for enterprise and education customers.

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on standard processes and transformations.
  • Work with technical and non-technical customers, communicating and partnering effectively.
  • Collaborate with channel partners across Germany and Austria.
  • Deliver technical business transformation projects to large enterprises or large-scale education rollouts.
  • Possess consultative pre-sales engineering experience or equivalent (5+ years).
  • Demonstrate expert hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), mobile hardware and software, network infrastructure, and Apple technologies and platforms.
  • Manage Apple platform/software deployments or environments at scale.
  • Provide excellent customer-facing technical presentation, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consultative pre-sales engineering experience OR equivalent experience in large-scale deployments.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with MDM, mobile hardware/software, network infrastructure, and Apple technologies and platforms.
  • Qualifications/certifications from leading hardware, software, and infrastructure vendors.
  • Experience managing Apple platforms or software deployments at scale.
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
