About the role

Senior Product Manager focused on building AI/ML lifecycle tools and generative AI features for Apple Services. Collaborates with internal ML engineering teams to understand workflows, improve developer experience, and accelerate ML feature development across Apple Services (Music, TV+, Podcasts, iCloud, App Store, Sports). Requires strong understanding of ML, ML tools, MLOps, data engineering, ML infrastructure and data platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, and defining go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead design discussions and collaborate with engineering teams to implement production ML pipelines and features.
  • Translate ML research/use cases into scalable developer-focused tooling to improve developer experience and accelerate feature development across Apple Services.
  • Communicate engineering challenges and timelines to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Influence and build consensus with internal teams to address challenging priorities across multiple customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years product management experience in technical enterprise products, preferably around data and AI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience building product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving vision and GTM strategy, leading design discussions.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning and generative AI technologies and working knowledge of public cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/others).
