About the role

Test Engineer to support the development of VLSI products. Responsible for developing programs for characterization, production test, test hardware, and maintaining cross product libraries and tools. Collaborates with manufacturing and design teams to develop the product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop programs for characterization, production test, and test hardware.
  • Maintain cross product libraries and tools.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to develop VLSI products.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor model with broad knowledge across fab, test, and packaging
  • Good understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT and statistics
  • Background in product characterization, mixed signal test, production test programs, test hardware and manufacturing test support
