Responsibilities

  • Define calibration & test Engineering Requirement Specification (ERS)
  • Develop industry-leading calibration and test methodology and solutions
  • Design metrology system architecture and derive requirements for optical instruments and mechanical fixtures, through analytics and numerical models
  • Lead the system and key components' development based on the ERS, with the supports from cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, algorithm, electrical, and optical engineers
  • Integrate the key SW/HW components and build prototypes to conduct critical validations and experiments to prove the system design
  • Creatively and strategically optimize test coverage, sequence and methodology
  • Lead vendors to develop and qualify the systems to meet production requirements
  • Conduct HW/SW issues FA from module level down to the component level
  • Deploy and bringup the developed systems in factories in NPI stage
  • Analyze large amounts of NPI data and create build reports
  • Create system design improvement plan based on findings from NPI builds
  • Develop station bringup, qualification, audit methods and create documents for Operation teams and operators to follow
