About the role

Senior Manager for Apple Store in Hong Kong leads staff and operations across store areas, partnering with corporate teams to drive multi-area business objectives, coach leaders, and maintain high customer focus and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to collaborate with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business in the store
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results
  • Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing retail environment
  • Lead the sales and customer support teams by example, finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus
  • Develop strong relationships across teams and with customers to enhance loyalty for Apple products and services
  • Monitor multiple lines of business within the store to achieve operational objectives and collaborate with corporate business partners to report results
  • Guide other leaders to inspire top performance from their teams
  • Stay knowledgeable about the industry, competitors, and trends and keep up to date in Apple technology and products
  • Coach and encourage staff with clear communications to foster growth and engagement

Qualifications

  • At least five years of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Cross-industry experience is welcome — a retail background is not necessary
  • Passion for learning about Apple technology and products
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and the local language; multilingual ability is a plus
  • Flexibility with schedule; work hours based on business needs
