About the role

Fieldguide is a vertical AI platform for audit & advisory firms. The Director, Implementation (Audit) leads enterprise SaaS implementation delivery for Financial Audit clients, managing a team of implementation professionals, technical delivery, and change management to maximize product value and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Financial Audit implementation professionals, ensuring alignment and high performance.
  • Technical Expertise: Oversee technical delivery and ensure successful implementation of Fieldguide’s enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure client adoption and value realization.
  • Customer Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Oversee project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones to successful completion.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong team leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and best practices.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with industry-standard implementation tools and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
