About the role

SAP SD Global Lead responsible for driving test management and execution of SAP projects within Apple’s IS&T organization, collaborating across Business, Functional, Technical, and external partners to implement scalable test management solutions and end-to-end SAP SD/OTC enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Seamless integration of SAP SD to front end (B2B e-Commerce, Apple Online Store (AOS), Point of Sale (POS), Apple Care and other back-end solutions (SAP Retail, Data Warehouse).
  • Work with SAP and other IS&T teams during design and implementation of SAP SD functionalities to support different Apple businesses across customer channels.
  • Perform functional and technical analysis of requirements and propose appropriate design/technical solution and support level of effort, scoping and handle change requests.
  • Resolve business impacting issues in SAP systems through hands on technical troubleshooting, analysis, and partner consultation
  • Define scope and gather business requirements.
  • Coordinate with project PM or Track leads to ensure resources, budget, and timeline are adequate.
  • Ensure adequate test cycles are defined and driven to support a smooth production launch and handover to production support.
  • Apply SAP ECC/S4 HANA Sales and SAP BTP to implement end-to-end solutions.
  • Implement interfaces across IS&T and partner systems using RFC, Webservices, EAI, Geneva and SoA.

Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in OTC business process, SAP SD configuration and development
  • 6 years of expertise in S/4 HANA
  • 6 years of experience in SAP Functional hands-on experience and managing complex cross-functional projects
  • At least one full life-cycle implementation of SAP OTC related project for a global, multi-national corporation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Pricing Management, and E2E Integration with CRM, MM and FICO, Testing skills
  • Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specs for user exits, utilities, interfaces, reports, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills across all levels and time zones
  • Ability to work with incomplete information and ambiguity in fast-paced environments
  • Extensive experience working on SD interfaces
  • Payments processing knowledge (credit cards, loans, wire transfers, mobile payments)
  • Third party Sales processing
  • GenAI experience and automation tools a plus
  • Service Management, Repair process & Condition Contract Management
  • Experience in APO
  • ABAP code walkthrough and debugging
  • Problem solving with a logical approach to issue analysis
