About the role

Senior engineer responsible for owning and maintaining the HD maps infrastructure across Applied Intuition's product suite, focusing on map storage formats, data pipelines, UI collaboration, and SDKs.

Responsibilities

  • Own our maps infrastructure across all of our products
  • Define our map storage format to handle more features and distribute map data focusing on UIs, data pipelines and storage, and SDKs
  • Collaborate with engineers and customers on existing and future designs and features

Qualifications

  • Experience building software components or (sub) systems that address real-world mapping and localization challenges
  • Experience working in either autonomous vehicles or simulation products
  • Working knowledge of C++ and/or Python
  • 2+ years of experience within software engineering
