entry-level recruiting role targeting 2025/2026 university graduates to join Applied Intuition’s recruiting team, participate in a dedicated recruiting academy, and contribute to hiring for AI, automotive, and autonomous systems domains.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and interview prospective candidates
  • Be an external representative of a top high growth startup
  • Become an expert on the AI, automotive, and autonomous systems industries
  • Identify procedural improvements for Applied’s recruiting efforts
  • Provide management with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
  • Manage a calendar of recruiting events

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • High EQ; able to quickly build rapport with candidates and employees
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A competitive nature
