About the role

Additive Manufacturing Technician focused on post-processing of 3D-printed parts, including powder handling, EDM operation, support removal, surface finishing, inspection, and shipping preparation in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and monitor machinery such as wire EDMs, surface grinders, sand blasters, deburring tools, bandsaws and handle metal powders
  • Post process printed parts including depowering, precision cleaning, removing supports, and surface-finishing
  • Participate in process improvement efforts to streamline post processing operations to enable mass production
  • Help turnover builds, ensuring powders, tools, and equipment are available at all times
  • Assist with visual inspection and shipment of final parts

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing process support or precision deburring of machined parts
