Qualifications
- Someone with experience in a different arena such as quant research, hedge fund trading, academic research, or other technical fields, and now wants to build software in a startup environment
- An operator who thrives in chaos and can bring order without slowing things down
- Someone who doesn’t care about titles and just wants to do important work at the edge of what’s possible
