About the role

Store Manager responsible for leading Buck Mason Newbury Street store operations, sales, customer experience, team development, and store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Master of the Numbers: Manage store budget and expenses to keep us in the black.
  • Sales Dynamo: Develop and implement strategies to exceed store sales targets.
  • Customer Guru: Deliver a World Class Experience to every customer.
  • Team Builder: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
  • Leader and Mentor: Lead regular staff meetings to inform and inspire.
  • Operational Whiz: Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing.
  • Compliance Champion: Maintain compliance with policies, health and safety regs, and store standards.
  • Inventory Maestro: Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Connector: Serve as primary liaison between the store and district/regional management.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a small box specialty retailer
  • Customer service focused with a passion for creating memorable shopper experiences
  • Business-minded with a track record of driving results
  • High-touch ethos towards clothing and retail
  • Digitally savvy with experience navigating social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in Menswear or Menswear retail environments a big plus
  • Retail management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
