About the role

Oversees operational accounting, control, reporting, and compliance for CoreWeave's AI infrastructure assets, partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A, and other teams to enable visibility, control, and scalable processes for data center operations and capitalized labor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internally labor capitalization processes supporting both internal software development and fit out of data centers.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis on capital expenditures to inform senior leader and drive operational decisions.
  • Manage power accrual and data reporting processes.
  • Enhance processes for scalability and greater automation.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging issues.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent)
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA/CMA/CA)
  • Comfortable with large data sets and finding ways to simplify information
  • NetSuite experience preferred
  • Process- and data-driven with strong analytical judgment; proactive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
