About the role

Director-level role focused on overseeing delivery of AI infrastructure programs, shaping vision and strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives in support of AMD’s AI and data center initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources
  • Outstanding teamwork skills across groups, teams, and organizations
  • Analyze and calculate project risks, develop comprehensive risk management plans, and ease subsequent issues
  • Developing, maintaining, and managing project requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges
  • Supporting the business owners in driving major programs or various projects, and collaborating closely with process owners to detect and implement transformative business changes
  • Lead the consensus needed to adopt a progressive-looking and manageable change strategy
  • Manage large-scale programs and complex projects involving numerous stakeholders with diverse plans and business priorities
  • Lead large, cross-functional project teams towards timely outcomes, ensuring the integration of groundbreaking practices

Qualifications

  • BS, MS or equivalent with direct experience
