About the role

Senior Lead of FP&A responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting related to supply chain operations, partnering with procurement, logistics, and operations to optimize costs and drive data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain costs including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, cost per unit, and logistics expenses.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses comparing actual results vs. budget/forecast.
  • Support pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and margin impacts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
  • 5-6 years' experience in Financial analysis, Supply chain, logistics, or operations, Cost analysis or budgeting, Inventory management, Procurement or sourcing, Manufacturing or distribution environments
