About the role

Product Designer responsible for crafting intuitive experiences across mobile (iOS/Android) and web, collaborating with product, engineering, and user research to deliver scalable, user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors; translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries ensuring cohesive look across iOS, Android, and web while respecting platform patterns.
  • Own the entire design process from concept ideation and user flows to final visual design, ensuring pixel-perfect, responsive experiences.
  • Work with Product Managers to shape product strategy and define requirements; partner with Engineers to ensure feasibility and hand off assets.
  • Refine designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to drive user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to design processes, tooling, and team culture.
  • Provide mentorship to less experienced designers and foster collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory with attention to usability
  • Familiarity with native mobile design patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design) and responsive web design principles
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs
