About the role

Responsibilities

  • Uncover customers’ needs and provide enlightening solutions
  • Advise, sell, and set up customers’ new products
  • Guide customers as the first point of contact in the store
  • Maintain visual merchandising and assist team members
  • Stay informed about products and initiatives to apply knowledge in customer interactions
  • Contribute to store performance and team productivity
  • Represent Apple and foster lifelong customer relationships
  • Flexible store availability as per local regulations and store requirements (as stated)

Qualifications

  • Relies on being highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs and delivering solutions
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a retail environment
  • Willingness to perform diverse store roles including merchandising and customer assistance
  • Curiosity and proactive learning about products and initiatives
