About the role

Seasoned Engineering Project Manager to oversee internal software applications development, driving strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale programs through the full lifecycle — from strategy and planning through deployment and post-launch support — with strong organizational skills and a track record of process optimization.
  • Quickly grasp complex technical concepts, resolve conflicts across engineering, design, and other functions, and maintain momentum through ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Drive alignment by managing goals, dependencies, risks, and resources while owning documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Build trusted relationships across stakeholders and partners by leading through influence rather than authority, delivering candid feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Champion continuous improvement by advancing PMO processes, supporting change management, and driving better execution quality and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to manage web-based application projects through the full lifecycle, with strong planning capabilities, organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration and process optimization.
  • Tactical experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies across distributed teams.
  • Able to quickly grasp complex ideas and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, etc.), fostering collaboration and maintaining project momentum
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and regular progress updates to drive successful collaboration.
