About the role

Creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to write, publish, and manage engaging content across social channels, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design, and drive brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and publish high-quality content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Manage posting schedules for both company and product-specific pages.
  • Create meaningful and relevant comments to drive conversations and visibility. Support community engagement by monitoring and responding to follower interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with ongoing initiatives (product launches, hiring campaigns, etc.).
  • Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve content strategy.
  • Stay current with social media trends, language, and best practices to ensure relevance and creativity.

Qualifications

  • Around 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging social copy.
  • Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
