About the role
Account Executive to recruit, onboard, and manage creators for Passes, focusing on various creator verticals and building a pipeline of prospective creators.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential creators who fit Passes' criteria and values
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top creators
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective creators through social media, events, and networking
- Guide new creators through onboarding and ensure seamless integration onto the Passes platform
- Collaborate with Creator Success and Creator Support to provide necessary tools and resources
- Provide ongoing support to new creators and address questions or concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired creators and foster community
- Regularly check in with creators for feedback and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and ensure creator satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, recruitment, or similar role
- Strong understanding of the creator economy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators and internal teams
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
