About the role

Retailer Growth role at Airgoods focused on driving GMV growth with top retailers, building a new function and owning relationships with buyers to drive product adoption and a world-class retailer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of top retailers, including multi-location accounts, with GMV and growth targets
  • Drive repeat ordering and increased spend through proactive outreach, recommendations, and strategic account planning
  • Build strong relationships with buyers via email, text, and calls
  • Use AI to eliminate operational work: order follow-ups, delivery communication, invoicing, and performance tracking
  • Surface insights from retailer conversations to inform product, engineering, growth initiatives, and company strategy

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, customer success, sales, or similar client-facing role (bonus)
  • Experience selling to grocery or retail businesses (bonus)
  • Experience in startups or marketplaces (bonus)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours as needed
  • Bias for action and ownership mentality
  • Team player with collaborative mindset
