About the role

Brand-focused design leadership role at Applied Intuition responsible for evolving and executing the company’s brand language across digital and physical touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading the brand design team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Head of Design and Marketing and the other leaders on the team to build a bold and unique brand for Applied Intuition
  • Manage, lead and grow the brand design team
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including campaigns, website, Swag store, print booklets, events, and more
  • Manage and elevate presentation resources for our global sales and product teams
  • Assist executive leadership with producing engaging communications for internal and external audiences (e.g. board meetings, customer on-sites etc.)
  • Contribute to the Design and Marketing leadership team

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience driving visionary work in brand design and art direction
  • Ability to think strategically and present work to the founders and other leaders
  • 5+ years of experience managing, leading and growing an exceptional design team
  • A portfolio that showcases world class design that up-levels the brand
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional partners
