About the role

Senior Marketing Recruiter responsible for partnering with marketing leadership to design and execute hiring strategies across brand, growth, product marketing, and communications functions at Applied Intuition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, brand strategists, and communications professionals
  • Partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy
  • Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized marketing talent across B2B, enterprise SaaS, and technical product marketing
  • Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and alignment with Applied's values
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill to help problem-solve bottlenecks and support hiring velocity

Qualifications

  • BS in Business Marketing, Economics, management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing recruiting, with a strong track record hiring marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, or other specialized marketing talent
  • Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
  • Familiarity with marketing talent markets and competitive dynamics
