Responsibilities
- Absorb knowledge from experienced managers about running a retail operation.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff with a view to building your own future team.
- Dive into sales data, analyze performance, and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Serve as primary contact in the Store Manager’s absence to ensure seamless operations.
