Be the Style Expert at Buck Mason as a Stylist. Deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and keep the store looking sharp.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized styling tips.
  • Stay ahead with knowledge of fashion history and latest trends to guide customers to their perfect outfit; know products inside and out from fabrics to fit.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
  • Make the store look attractive by setting up displays and maintaining appearances.
  • Build a clientele by getting to know customers’ likes, dislikes, and style goals.

Qualifications

  • 0+ years of experience in retail or service industry
  • Charming personality and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong personal style
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle customer needs

  • Proficient with POS systems and basic computer tasks
