Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized styling tips.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends with knowledge of fashion history to guide customers to outfits.
  • Know products inside and out, from fabrics to fit, to answer questions like a pro.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
  • Set up displays and maintain store appearance.
  • Build a loyal customer base by understanding customers’ likes, dislikes, and style goals.

Qualifications

  • 0+ years of experience in the retail or service industry
  • Charming personality and ability to make customers feel like VIPs
  • A knack for personal style
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer needs
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with POS systems and basic computer tasks

  • Sales skills capable of meeting targets
  • Available to work a variable schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
