About the role

Leads a APAC-based legal team supporting Apple’s direct retail business (Retail Stores, Online Stores, Retail Customer Care Centers) and related expansion efforts. Advises senior leaders on legal, regulatory, and business issues across consumer protection, sales practices, marketing, data privacy, accessibility, and more; partners cross-functionally and manages outside counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the APAC legal team supporting Apple’s direct retail business, including business teams supporting platform partnership, operations, commercial programs, technology development, insights & analytics, services integration, marketing, merchandising, Genius Bar service and support, field/store support, retail security, internal communications, learning and development, and related expansion efforts.

Qualifications

  • Attorney with 15+ years of professional in-house or international law firm (or combined) legal experience with a high level of expertise in high-tech industry and/or premier retail industry.
