About the role

Engineering Product Manager for the Enterprise Business apps team in Singapore, responsible for delivering internal applications and automation solutions across APAC. Combines product management with hands-on frontend engineering, driving planning, execution, and delivery of internal applications, coordinating cross-functional programs, and championing modern development practices including AI-assisted tooling to accelerate design-to-production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with frontend and backend engineers, designers, QE, and business stakeholders to define project scope, establish milestones, and track execution from concept through production release.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across multiple teams, facilitate alignment on priorities and dependencies, and communicate project health to leadership.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution — run weekly status reviews, identify and mitigate risks, drive resolution of blockers, and ensure delivery timelines are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program or project management with software engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience in frontend software engineering, including React framework and JavaScript
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver web applications from concept through production
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-team initiatives with competing priorities
  • Strong risk identification skills with the ability to drive mitigation strategies
  • Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences
  • Self-motivated and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
