About the role

Technical Specialist at Apple Retail providing technical support, troubleshooting, and education to customers while promoting Apple products and services, with a focus on repairs and Genius Bar processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for all customers.
  • Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
  • Develop knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient repairs.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
  • Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
  • Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, presenting product/service recommendations, and educating on relevant buying options.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store; reliable attendance as scheduled.
