About the role

Experienced HR professional to support Apple’s corporate People team as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic and tactical HR programs to partner with business leaders and drive high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR programs.
  • Business knowledge: understand the People landscape and devise plans to develop high performing teams.
  • Organisational development and design: support workforce planning and organization design to meet current and future goals.
  • Talent & performance management: design talent planning, leadership development, succession planning, and coaching for development and performance matters.
  • Recruiting: act as a partner between Recruiting and business teams; participate in interviews for management and key hires.
  • Employee relations: identify and implement proactive programs to drive morale and performance; support escalation and dispute resolution.
  • Compensation/Benefits: advise on local and global compensation initiatives; interpret internal frameworks and market data; guide leaves, accommodations, and wellness activities with Benefits and Wellness teams.
  • Special projects: develop and work on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success driving people strategies that support business priorities and employee experience.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to leaders with ability to influence decisions and inspire new thinking.
  • Collaborative work style across cross-functional teams and multiple sites/functions.
  • Strong communication in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong influencing, analytical, and coaching/mentoring skills.
