About the role

Software engineer role focused on C++ and Python within Applied Intuition's Simulation Platform team, building simulator architecture across multiple autonomy domains and owning technical and product decisions with close user interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Looking for software engineers experienced in C++ and Python who design elegant solutions for difficult problems in the autonomy space
  • The Simulation Platform team builds simulator architecture to support simulators across multiple autonomy domains, and then builds products on top of it
  • Encourage engineers to take ownership of technical and product decisions, interact closely with users to collect feedback and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in shipping complex software in C++ and/or Python
  • Significant contributions to design documents
  • Ability to balance pace with robustness, performance and technical accuracy
