About the role
Founding product engineer responsible for core hiring, scheduling, and intake systems; full-stack role with backend architecture and frontend design, working closely with founders to ship early products and iterate based on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Ship in week 1 on initiatives such as agentic scheduling, hiring intelligence, data pipelines for operations data, and automations/feature requests from agency owners.
- Build backend systems and design frontend experiences for core hiring/scheduling/intake domains.
- Architect new backend systems and establish repeatable patterns for other developers.
- Engage directly with customers (agencies and franchise systems) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in engineering (full-stack).
