About the role

Role focused on expanding Foxglove’s presence in the private defense sector by engaging with key organizations, managing the full sales process, and positioning the platform as a critical tool for defense-focused customers.

Responsibilities

  • - Build relationships and partner with private defense technology companies (not Federal Govt sales)
  • - Navigate the full sales process from prospecting to closure
  • - Respond to technical RFPs/RFIs
  • - Collaborate with CEO and Solutions Engineers to tailor solutions for private defense customers
  • - Exceed quota by selling bespoke, complex enterprise deals
  • - Travel up to 33% as needed

Qualifications

  • - 5+ years in Account Executive, strategic Business Development, or similar roles with private Defense Technology companies
  • - Track record of exceeding quota with complex enterprise deals
  • - Technical background and/or experience selling highly technical products
  • - Credibility in the private Defense community
  • - Experience responding to technical RFP/RFIs
  • - Excellent written & verbal communication
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
  • - U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
