Responsibilities
- Absorb knowledge from experienced managers about running a retail operation.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
- Analyze sales data and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure policy compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact in the Store Manager’s absence to ensure seamless operations.
