About the role

Apple Retail Pro who leverages product and competitor knowledge to deliver customized solutions, mentor the store team, and drive sales and customer experience while representing Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
  • Be knowledgeable about and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s offerings and Product Zone sales processes, and on technology and consumer trends at Apple and in the broader market.
  • Mentor others throughout the store on Apple’s products and services, purchase options, and current and emerging technology outside of Apple, ensuring leaders and team members are kept up to date to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning curiosity.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
