Senior Product Manager, Decision Intelligence
About the role
Senior Product Manager responsible for end-to-end planning/operational workflows in VergeSense's Predictive Planning product, focused on AI-assisted decision making for enterprise real estate and space utilization. Owns vision, discovery, roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial outcomes for data-intensive workflows that integrate multiple enterprise data sources.
Responsibilities
- Own a planning or operational workflow end-to-end: vision, customer discovery, roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial outcome.
- Define where AI stops and the human decision starts. Set automation boundaries and design the human review experience.
- Build products that work with messy enterprise data (HRIS feeds, badge systems, lease records, occupancy sensors).
- Ship the first version within your first two quarters.
- Partner closely with the existing product team (GTM-oriented PM and design leader).
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated experience owning data-intensive or analytics products.
- Experience shipping products that automate complex, multi-step manual workflows.
- Experience building products involving data from multiple enterprise systems; can design for data quality issues and failures.
- Proven ability to own a product domain end-to-end (vision, discovery, roadmap, engineering partnership, commercial outcome).
- Quantitative fluency: defines success metrics, evaluates model outputs, translates data quality into product decisions.
- Executive communication: experience presenting to C-suite/board audiences and producing concise decision documents.
- Experience prioritizing under commercial pressure and sequencing roadmaps against named deals and pipeline value.
