About the role

Senior, high-impact field marketing role focused on strategy, execution of field programs and events, and building scalable playbooks to drive pipeline and brand for Fireworks AI on the East or West Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Develop East Coast field marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Conceptualize and produce end-to-end planning and execution of hosted events (executive experiences, large-format educational events, trade shows, co-sponsored activations, flagship user conferences).
  • Build pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize registrations and sales follow-up.
  • Partner with sales leadership on territory and account-level strategy for field programs and ABM motions.
  • Track and report on program ROI; make data-driven recommendations on field event investments.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior field marketing team members.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Strong strategic instinct with operational excellence.
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership and AEs to develop territory-level event strategies and ABM motions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-event portfolios across diverse program types.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Creative, Communications, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present post-event insights to leadership.
  • Comfortable with data and analytics; ability to use event metrics to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software; Salesforce is required.
