About the role
Founding Growth & Content role at CreativeMode, a YC-backed gaming startup building a no-code modding platform for Minecraft and other games. First growth hire responsible for scaling the existing growth engine to hundreds of millions of monthly views and tens of thousands of daily signups, working directly with the CEO and managing a multi-year, six- to seven-figure budget.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale CreativeMode's growth engine to drive user acquisition and signups at scale.
- Manage a 6 to 7 figure annual growth budget with focus on CAC, payback, and channel attribution.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to define growth playbooks and strategies for a category-defining gaming startup.
- Experiment with and scale new growth motions and viral content formats to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience scaling growth at a consumer product, creator platform, or gaming company, or a track record of building a large audience in gaming content.
- Experience running creator/influencer programs at scale.
- Ability to operate as an owner and be the first growth hire, setting the playbook instead of inheriting one.
- Comfort with managing a 6 to 7 figure annual growth budget and measuring CAC, payback, and channel attribution.
