About the role

Retail Specialist focused on delivering an exceptional Apple customer experience, building brand loyalty, and tailoring product recommendations to individual needs while promoting ownership of Apple products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchasing options.
  • Understand and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
  • Support peers by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning from others.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliable attendance.
