About the role

Specialist role focused on delivering an exceptional Apple customer experience, building brand loyalty, and guiding customers through product and service ownership opportunities. Duties include understanding customer needs, customizing recommendations, staying up-to-date on Apple products and purchase options, supporting peers, and maintaining accurate guidance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
  • Understand and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
  • Support peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to approved accommodations.
  • Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
