About the role

Senior Full Stack & Operations Engineer responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of next-generation services, including frontend/backend development, deployment, scaling, and reliability across global cloud infrastructures. Utilizes AI to enhance engineering, manages live incidents, and champions CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native orchestration.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Service Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and exceptional user experiences.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment: Architect and manage robust deployment pipelines. Leverage CI/CD, Kubernetes (K8s), and distributed cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, AliCloud) for automated rollouts.
  • Operational Excellence & Monitoring: Create, manage, and optimize monitoring dashboards and alerting systems to proactively identify anomalies.
  • Incident Response & Emergency Triage: Respond to technical escalations, troubleshoot, and mitigate live system emergencies.
  • Deep Problem Analysis: Dive into system logs and multi-tier architectures to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
  • AI-Driven Engineering: Integrate AI-powered tools to accelerate development, automate tasks, and perform intelligent root-cause analysis.
  • Continuous Learning: Adapt to new frameworks, infrastructure paradigms, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience (backend services and frontend interfaces).
  • Proficiency in Python and Linux shell scripting.
  • Experience deploying to cloud environments (GCP, AWS, AliCloud) and containerization/orchestration with Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Experience building, maintaining, and scaling CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
  • Experience in live incident response and operational monitoring with observability dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and root-cause analysis skills, proactive and self-starting mentality, eager to learn.
  • Ability to effectively utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
  • Practical experience with iOS development technologies and Swift is a plus.
  • Understanding of mobile-to-cloud architectures and client-side profiling tools (Xcode, Instruments).
  • Experience building internal developer tools or automation frameworks for operational efficiency.
  • Resilient under pressure and capable of rapid time-sensitive software solutions during emergencies.
