About the role

Pro-level Apple Retail salesperson in Sweden responsible for delivering expert product knowledge, personalized solutions, and mentoring store teammates to drive sales and enhance the customer experience while maintaining inclusivity and up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, services, and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
  • Be knowledgeable about and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s offerings and Product Zone sales processes, and on technology and consumer trends at Apple and in the broader market.
  • Mentor others throughout the store on Apple’s products and services, purchase options, and current and emerging technology outside of Apple, keeping leaders and team members up to date to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs (nights, weekends, public holidays) in the retail store and attend work as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Be proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.
