About the role

Product Manager role at Neural Concept, focused on integrating engineering workflows, AI tooling, and simulation in industrial contexts. Hybrid, multi-location in Switzerland/Europe, with emphasis on deep customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and owning the product discovery and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with customers (OEM engineering teams, simulation specialists, program managers) to understand workflows, frustrations, and unmet needs.
  • Translate customer insight, market signals, and technical feasibility into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmap decisions in collaboration with Engineering and leadership.
  • Own the product discovery process: design and run user research, synthesize findings across customer segments, and develop testable hypotheses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Application Engineering, and Marketing to ground product decisions in customer value and commercial viability.
  • Represent the voice of industrial engineers internally to maintain technical credibility and practical usefulness.
  • Track trends in engineering software, advanced simulation, and AI tooling to identify whitespace, use cases, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of real engineering experience inside a large industrial organization.
  • Experience in modern environments (hardware company, next-gen engineering software startup, or tech company embedded in industrial accounts).
  • Genuine product instincts: listening, curiosity about diverse problems, ability to bring people along without formal authority.
  • Precise communication, structured prioritization decisions with clear reasoning.
  • Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline; MSc/PhD a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
