About the role

Role supporting the founder across strategy, operations, and internal systems to accelerate Svix’s growth. Opportunity to work closely with the founder, influence multiple business areas, and experiment with AI for real company use-cases in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy, research, and planning: market analysis, opportunity assessment, sounding board, GTM projects, etc.
  • Project management: goal setting, metrics, reporting, accountability, and following through on founder priorities.
  • Team: hiring, development, compensation, and feedback cycles.
  • Internal ops & systems: compliance & controls, processes, automation, and tooling.
  • Gap filling: owning undefined problems end-to-end, then automating them or handing them off.
