About the role

Senior full-cycle recruiter focused on GTM (Sales/Marketing) and Business roles, with optional coverage for G&A; builds hiring plans, pipelines, and structured processes across GTM and G&A functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Business roles including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and close
  • Flex to G&A requisitions (Finance, Legal, People Ops, Executive Support) as bandwidth permits
  • Advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality
  • Run structured, fair processes to improve pass-through quality
  • Operate by the numbers, manage candidate experience, collaborate with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance, and Legal
  • Continuously improve recruiting tools, process quality, and market intelligence

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including GTM (Marketing/Sales) and Business roles in high-growth tech or adjacent industries
  • Proven success recruiting G&A roles or GTM (Sales & Marketing)
  • Experience hiring across Manager/Director levels and hard-to-fill specialties
  • Expert intake/calibration skills; translating fuzzy needs into crisp profiles and assessment plans
  • Strong offer strategy/closing with data-informed guidance on compensation, leveling, and risk tradeoffs
  • Data fluency: funnel management, forecasting timelines, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem
  • Ability to switch between GTM and G&A portfolios while maintaining quality and speed
