About the role

Apple Retail Manager responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive store performance, and uphold Apple values of inclusion and diversity. Leads floor leadership, participates in customer interactions, recruits and develops diverse teams, and executes operational strategies within assigned store areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners when appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, protect all company assets including confidential information.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend as scheduled.
  • Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
  • Be proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
