About the role

Account Solutions Architect, Engaged, Financial Services at CoreWeave is the named technical partner to existing financial services customers across the full CoreWeave platform, driving platform adoption, expansion opportunities, and technical success in production AI workloads for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical partner to existing financial services customers across CoreWeave’s platform (infrastructure, Models, Weave, observability, and inference)
  • Deepen platform adoption and identify/drive expansion opportunities
  • Strengthen relationships with key technical stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor as customers scale AI workloads in production
  • Understand customer approaches to model development, research velocity, evaluation, production deployment, governance, performance, reliability, and infrastructure efficiency
  • Partner with Account Managers on commercial motion and with Specialist Field Engineers for domain expertise
  • Surface product feedback from the field and address technical blockers and business-critical needs
  • Represent the voice of financial services customers internally to improve products and customer success
  • Operate the full stack and manage customer relationships end-to-end with a focus on net-new logos or greenfield accounts when applicable
  • Demonstrate customer-focused AI practices and help leading quant/hedge fund/enterprise finance teams scale AI workloads in production

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a solutions engineer, AI-oriented solutions consultant, or technical field engineering role
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures
  • Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases
  • Experience working with financial services customers (quant firms, hedge funds, asset managers, banks, etc.) with understanding of their technical, operational, and business-critical requirements
  • Familiarity with running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Demonstrated ability to break down and solve complex, novel technical problems with enterprise customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for both engineering and executive audiences
