About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Systems Project Manager with strong experience in HR systems, HR operations, and process optimization to lead HR systems implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements in support of Nebius’s growing People function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR systems and process improvement projects from planning through rollout
  • Partner with People Operations, HRBPs, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and system usage
  • Translate HR business requirements into scalable system solutions and process documentation
  • Drive implementation and optimization of HRIS workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to manage timelines, priorities, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across People systems
  • Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and adoption across projects

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms and People systems
  • Background in HR Operations, HRBP, People Systems, or related functions
  • Experience managing HR systems implementations or transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR workflows
  • Ability to balance business needs with system capabilities and scalability
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
