About the role

Technical Specialist in Apple Retail providing technical support, skilled troubleshooting, and customer education to enhance product usage and repairs, while delivering an inclusive, high-quality customer experience and remaining up-to-date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes.

Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support and skilled troubleshooting for all customers.
  • Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
  • Develop knowledge on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient repairs.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
  • Identify recurring repair problems with team leaders and provide feedback to Apple.
  • Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs, presenting product/service recommendations, and educating on relevant ways to buy.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning from others.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliable attendance as scheduled.
