About the role

Internship role focusing on driving engineering and quality improvement qualifications for iPhone/iPad/iPod/Apple Watch or Apple Accessories, coordinating cross-functional teams and China OEMs to resolve engineering issues seen from mass production, supply situations and field returns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist system EPM to lead multi-functional engineering teams towards completion of qualifications
  • Work closely with Quality, Engineering and Operations teams to complete qualifications
  • Succinctly communicate overall status of qualifications across functional team
  • Travel China domestically or to US to drive builds where needed

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Masters Degree in relevant field
  • Available to join internship/co-op full-time for 6-12 months
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (In both Chinese and English)
  • Preferred Senior student of degree specifically in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, Material Science or Industrial/Engineering Management areas
  • Strong multidisciplinary, technical background
  • Experience in multi-tasking and project management
  • Master degree, majored in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, Material Science or Industrial/Engineering Management areas
